National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW)

My name is Carl Rossow, and I am a volunteer board member for the National Foundation for Fertility Research (NFFR). I am excited to contribute to this BLOG as a past patient of the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) and I am a proud father of two beautiful children.

The last week of April marks National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW). NIAW was created to raise awareness about the disease of infertility and encourage the public to understand their reproductive health. This movement was founded to ensure that those who struggle with infertility never feel alone.

How will you be honoring NIAW?

I hope you will join me in becoming an “Infertility Fighter.”  There are so many couples out there that are still struggling to conceive, and you CAN make a difference.  Those who don’t know what it is like will never understand the reason to support infertility.  The research is not done until the success rates are 100% and all couples have the opportunity to have a family that I am so thankful for.

You can sign up for the monthly giving plan at (click here) or by calling NFFR directly at 303-788-4868.

During NIAW I am taking the opportunity to pay it forward…I hope you will join me.
